Fly! Goes to WAVES India 2025 as a Selected Animation Feature IP

Fly!, an animated feature IP developed by ArtCodeStory, has been selected as one of the 42 finalists of the Animation Filmmakers Competition (AFC) under the Create in India Challenge – Season 1, part of the World Audio-Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025. The project was shortlisted in the Feature Film category following a rigorous nine-month national evaluation process, highlighting its strong IP fundamentals, cultural depth, and commercial viability.

As a finalist, Fly! is included in the official WAVES 2025 Creative Catalogue, positioning the project within a high-level industry platform designed to facilitate financing, co-production, and distribution partnerships. ArtCodeStory Producer : Ellen Xie Selected for Australia Awards Film Leadership Program

Ellen Xie, producer at ArtCodeStory, was selected as one of the future leaders in Indonesia’s film industry to participate in the Australia Awards Short Course at Griffith University’s Film School. The program was led by Course Leaders Dr Dean Chircop, Associate Professor Margaret McVeigh, and Ms Martha Goddard, and aimed to support the growth of Indonesia’s creative industry through skills development in content creation, screenwriting, directing, and producing visual media projects.

The immersive program provided hands-on training in advanced studio facilities, including scene production, pitching sessions, and direct engagement with Australian industry professionals. Participants gained insights into the Australian film sector, strengthened project management, communication, and negotiation skills, and explored the economic impact of the screen industry through discussions with industry leaders. The experience further strengthened cross-border industry connections and reinforced ArtCodeStory’s commitment to international collaboration and professional excellence in film and animation development.
